The GKA Focus Group Facility is a preferred Madison choice for moderators seeking fresh, qualified respondents, professional support staff, a safe comfortable setting, and reasonable rates. As qualitative research professionals, we fully appreciate and strive to meet the needs of moderators. We give special attention to the details that moderators and their clients deserve. Our unique blend of service and experience has kept clients coming back to our facility since 1979. We moved to a new modern facility in February.

Impulse Rating Scores
The independent Impulse Survey of Focus Facilities is a national survey that reports quality ratings provided by moderators and researchers who have used our facility. Published annually for 18 years, the survey is designed to help moderators select facilities. We have not included our location, facility and overall ratings, because they would not apply to our current facility which we opened in February 2009.

We deliver high show rates, provide daily update spreadsheets, suggest realistic respondent incentives, and offer discounts for multiple sessions. We supply digital recordings, high-speed Internet access, and a work station for client use. The client lounge includes closed circuit viewing on a large flat screen television. A living room set-up for sessions is available upon request.
